The scope of this project was to convert a single rowhouse to a 2-unit condo conversion. Everything in this building is new with the exception of the existing foundation and party walls. The basement went through underpinning so we could provide 9 ft ceilings, and it was bumped back 10 ft, and a brand new 3rd story was constructed. The upper unit featured a large roof deck; and both units have one parking space.
