The scope included removing a wall in between the existing kitchen and dining area, to provide for an open concept kitchen. 42” cabinets were installed and an island to provide a much more open feel which contrasts well with new granite countertops.

The existing hallway bathroom was fully remodeled while adding a brand-new bathroom in the basement and installing a new egress window, making this property a 3 Bedroom / 2 Bath home.There was existing hardwood under the carpet, which was still in good condition, that was refinished with a stain color that contrasts well with the kitchen. Mold was discovered behind the walls in the basement from a prior water leak. When the drywall was removed, it was discovered the original framing was installed incorrectly, and therefore had to be removed, rebuilt, and then installed new drywall. The main level hardwood was refinished, and the basement flooring received new laminate wood floors. Recessed lights were installed, and an existing oil tank was removed to make way for a brand new heat pump and central air system.
