This project is a 3 bedroom / 2 bath one level condo.  The owner had a limited budget and we provided  a scope of work that allowed them to sell for above list price.  This includes, painting the existing kitchen cabinets, replacing the countertops and appliances, replacing flooring with LVT and carpet in the bedrooms, paint, replace lighting fixtures and much more.  The project was completed in 3 weeks and the owner listed it on the open market shortly after.
