This project started off as a 2 bedroom / 1 bath one level rambler house that was not updated since the 1960s.  The scope included remodeling the kitchen with brand new cabinets, countertops, and appliances, as well as adding an additional bedroom and bathroom, making it a 3 bedroom/ 2 bath.  There was existing hardwood that was refinished with a stain color that contrasts well with the kitchen.  Recessed lights were installed all throughout converting a once glooming house into bright living space.  The existing oil heating system was completely removed, and a new HVAC heat pump and duct work installed.  A new central air system required a heavy up of the electrical panel which was also done.  A new roof was installed.  The existing well system was updated with a new tank and pump.  All the windows were replaced and exterior completely repainted and landscaping redone to increase curb appeal.  The gravel driveway remained as is but received new gravel to freshen it up.
