This project started off as a 2 bedroom / 1 bath semi detached house that had a lot of junk from the previous owner. The scope included removing a wall in between the existing kitchen and dining area, to provide for an open concept kitchen. 42” cabinets were installed and an island to provide a much more open feel which contrasts well with new granite countertops.

This property was outdated and seemed like a maze. The home was completely remodelled, where we opened up a wall between the kitchen and dining room to make it open concept. The master bathroom had a separate sink outside the bathroom, and was redesigned to have a layout that included a standing shower and bathtub in the same bathroom. Hardwood was refinished, home repainted, new carpet, and cleaned up the exterior.

This cape cod was outdated and previous owner had built an addition without the approporiate permits and zoning approval. The legal issues were resolved with the proper approvals, and home completely remodeled with new kitchens, bathrooms, roof, windows, and cleaned up cellar.

This project is a 4 bedroom / 3 bath one level rambler house with a basement. The scope included remodeling the kitchen and bathrooms with everything in the same location, replacing the existing roof, replacing all the windows, and repairing the existing rear deck and painting all the exterior with landscaping for increased curb appeal.

This project is a 1995 Rambler that had a tenant who deteriorated the property over time. The project scope included replacing the kitchen cabinets and appliances in the same location. Quartz countertops were installed. All bathrooms were remodeled with new vanities, toilets, and showers. Flooring was completely replaced with engineered wood. Recessed lights installed. Curb appeal was improved through landscaping, replacing all exterior lights, mailbox, and painting the shutters, gutters, and trim.
